  About us  

Zhuhai Microsys focuses on test/measurement instrument and high reliability system/ASIC development. Our Ethernet based instruments and high reliability modules/chips have been used in various areas. CTI1553 and CTI429 are the two serials of test instruments used in MIL-STD-1553A/B bus and ARINC429 bus test area. Different from normal 1553/429 simulation cards, CTI1553 and CTI429 are standalone and portable Ethernet based test instruments. It can be installed anywhere, where it can access the same Ethernet with a computer.

Except for CTI1553 and CTI429, Microsys has also developed various Ethernet based instruments, encompassing signal generator and oscilloscope, etc. All these instruments have a 10/100M Ethernet port. With these instruments, users can build up a centralized or distributed test system. Compared with VXI and PXI instruments, Microsys¡¯s instruments are much more flexible and cost effective.

Regarding MIL-STD-1553A/B bus is so popular in aircrafts, vessels and satellites, etc., Microsys has developed two versions of MIL-STD-1553A/B controllers, one for standard MIL-STD-1553A/B bus, and the other for enhanced bit rate 1553 bus(known as EBR1553), which can achieve 10M bit rate. These two versions of 1553 controllers are all designed with ¡°Fault Tolerant¡± scheme, which ensure the controllers¡¯ reliability. Except for these controllers used in On-Board Computers, Microsys also developed dedicated 1553 bus controllers used in test equipment, which can inject errors on MIL-STD-1553A/B bus or EBR1553 bus, to test the fault tolerant capability of the device to be test.

KUAFU-II is a high reliability 32-bit SoC developing platform, it contains a 32-bit RISC processor core and a bundle of peripheral IPs. Except for 1553B bus controller and ARINC429 bus controller IP cores, some popular IP cores, such as can bus controller IP core, Ethernet controller IP core and USB OTG IP core, were all implemented in KUAFU-II platform. Therefore, the KUAFU-II is an ideal high reliability SoC solution for automotive, industry and military area, etc.. To meet the requirement for high reliability, KUAFU-II is designed with fault-tolerant and redundant scheme, which can highly improve the reliability of the SoC. Customers can specify their own SoC on this platform. Microsys would provide various ASIC design services range from ¡°SPEC to netlist¡±, ¡°SPEC to GDS¡± to ¡°SPEC to package¡±, according to customers¡¯ demand.
